Conference fee
We are all aware of the economic differences across the region. It has become a well established practice at ICMDA conferences to define 3 categories for registration fees. Your registration in category 1 will subsidise those in categories 2 and 3. We hope you will do this with joy as an expression of Christian love.

Countries in Category 2:

Countries in Category 3:

The conference fee includes lunch and dinner but does not cover accommodation.
Prices given in €; Lunch and dinner is included in the registration fee
PRE = any of the preconference streams; MAIN = main conference
DELEGATE = medical doctor or dentist
ACCOMPANYING PERSON = wife or husband of a delegate
HEALTH CARE = other health professional (nurse, physiotherapist, social worker, etc)
JUNIOR DOCTOR = up to 5 years beyond graduation - certificate required
STUDENT = full time student - certificate required
Registration guaranteed until June 30th 2008; thereafter an additional fee of € 20 will be charged.
