Airport Shuttle Service
A shuttle service will be provided between the airports of Salzburg, Graz, Munich (Germany), and Vienna on September 7th, 10th, and 14th. Transfer fee will be between 10 and 16 € one direction. Please note, however, that we can only guarantee your transfer if you apply specifically on this website ("Transfer Application Form") until at the latest August 20th 2008. If you want a transfer, you need to register here. We will not be able to offer a transfer for conference participants who do not register.
Low-cost flight arrangements
Originally, we planned to arrange budget flights from a variety of destinations. We had kindly received some offers from different flight companies but overall there was not much benefit compared to booking through local agencies in Eastern and Central Europe. Thus, we regret that we will not be able to help in booking your flight and hope you will be accustomed well by your local travel agent.
Visa information
If you come from a country where a visa is necessary to enter Austria (a "Schengen" state), we advise you to read our Visa Information carefully and apply well on time before the conference.
